The Tso Moriri to Kibber Trek via Parang La is one of the most stunning high-altitude treks in the Indian Himalayas. Starting at the turquoise waters of Tso Moriri Lake in Ladakh, the trail crosses the Parang La Pass (5,600 m) to descend into the dramatic landscapes of Spiti Valley. Along the way, trekkers experience vast plateaus, nomadic settlements, high mountain passes, and river gorges.
This itinerary includes 3 days in Leh for acclimatization and sightseeing, followed by 7 days of trekking, and concludes with cultural exploration in Kibber, Spiti Valley, before continuing overland to Manali, Nalagarh, and Delhi.
